Your account and payments
We use your verified email, account identifier and, when you choose Google sign-in, basic profile information to secure your account and connect your balance, API keys and settings. Sign-in uses necessary session cookies. Google profile information received at sign-in is not added to training contributions.
We keep account, usage and transaction records to operate the service, account for charges, resolve problems and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe; Ruthless stores payment references and card descriptions rather than full card numbers. Optional automatic top-ups require your separate authorization and can be switched off.
Your conversations and files
Your requests, relevant conversation context and any files you submit are sent to the service providers needed to answer or create the result. Public-web tools send the necessary search query or page address to a search or page-reading provider. These services may process data outside the UK. Avoid including information you do not have permission to share.
We record usage amounts, request identifiers and generation status so the service can charge correctly and recover unfinished work. Generated files may remain available through temporary provider links; download results you want to keep. Operational records are separate from optional training contributions.
Sharing for improvement is your choice
When you explicitly enable sharing in the workspace, eligible completed text conversations, text-file contents, feedback and corrections can be saved for future evaluation and training. Sharing does not change the service or price. You can skip individual requests, stop sharing, export your contributions or delete them through the workspace.
We remove common credential patterns from contributions, but this is not a guarantee of anonymization. Native image and video attachments, media-generation prompts and media files are not included in this contribution collection. We do not add account or payment records to training contributions. Stopping sharing prevents future contributions; use the deletion controls to remove earlier contributions.
Training contributions require further rights, privacy and quality review before use in a training dataset. Data from an external app or another model provider is not automatically collected by this website.
Your choices and requests
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of account data. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you, and some financial or security records may need to be retained. Service providers process the data needed for authentication, hosting, email delivery, payments and requested AI features.
